Composition: Rule Of Thirds



The rule of thirds is based of four lines within the picture. Two verticals and two horizontal. The significance behind the lines are to position the most important object from the shot near by or on the point where the lines intersect. Rule of thirds was used here on these three photos that exact way. If you were to place the lines on the photos you'll then see that the intersecting lines lay on the importance of the picture which in this case is Ontaria Gordon, Emerald Huey and the PHS building.
